
Training is individualized around your goals, experience level, and current ability. Sessions are designed to help you get stronger, move better, and train with confidence, whether you are new to structured training or have years of experience.
While my background includes barbell-based training, powerlifting, and strongman, programming is always tailored to the individual. Clients also train for general fitness, muscle gain, fat loss, and long-term health.
The focus is on clear coaching, attention to detail, and a calm, judgement-free environment, not crowded classes or rushed sessions.
